Brenda Papazian-Maddden, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Nursing on Demand, LLC is a seasoned executive providing leadership and strategic direction for Nursing On Demand's corporate operations. She has over 20 years of experience in non-profit and profit organizations and over 10 years in the healthcare industry. Brenda has served as a subject matter expert for many organizations ranging from start-up organizations to large hospital organizations.

Her industry experience spans across several industries such as: Healthcare, pharma/biotech, high-tech, engineering and manufacturing.

Brenda holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Suffolk University, two Associate Degrees from Massachusetts Bay Community College, Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University and a is a Certified Strategic HR Operations professional.

Roula Mashni-Kerins, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Nursing on Demand, LLC is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience working in some of the most highly regarded hospitals and home care agencies in Boston. She received at The University of Massachusetts Boston to earn her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. She continues to further her education with knowledge of today's cutting-edge treatments and technology for the mind body and soul.

As a Charge Nurse at the Brigham and Women's Hospital for many years, Roula specialized in the care and recovery of transplant patients as well as patients with multiple chronic physical and mental ailments. Throught these years she also simultaneously worked for Visiting Nurses Association. Working in the privacy of patient's homes allowed her to provide compassionate care which she reports gave her a "deep sense of purpose".
